  I thought it was nice, immediately, they started to work with me so thought! I'm in the emergency room, doctor asked "when was the last time I had a pap smear?" I kindly said last year! They come back to the room, doctor put on his gloves then one of the nurses knock some things down from the tray. The doctor proceeded to pick the item up off the floor. He ready to proceed with my pap smear with the same gloves he put on the floor! Sad

  I would recommend noone to go to this place. I went into emergency in tons of pain in my hip fearing my ability to walk again. I got nothing but they just took 4 pics of xrays and a silly injection n was told to consult with orthopedic and my primary physician. They were like u look alright n should be a week. its been almost 3 months and I am no where healed. They gave me a rip off bill and when I requested to speak in regards to that. Everyone either said to talk to a different department or said tooooo bad. I cannot breath in the same air as this disgusting in human place. What a rip off. I filed a complaint nicely and in return their pathetic billing department says in their profesional words " TOOO bad" I wish this hospital goes out of business I hope by then if I am feeling well I will dance in their face singing their song with lyrics "TOOOOO BAD"

  ER staff is horrible and extremely untrained. I brought my two year old there after thinking he had broken his leg. We waited forever while my child screamed. Finally got into x ray and waited forever for results for them to tell me he leg wasn't broken but he would need a splint on his ENTIRE leg for the next two weeks during the middle of summer. I only waited a week before taking him to Lurie childrens hospital in Chicago where they removed the ridiculous leg splint and re x rayed his leg. Only waited about ten minutes before dr returned to tell me that not only was his leg broken but it was broken in three different places and all the breaks were below the knee so the whole leg splint was extremely unnecessary and could have caused way more damage had i waited to do the follow up. I also had a miscarriage there and when i went in with a huge clot that had come out the dr told me he had no idea what it was but would give me something for pain and to return if the bleeding didnt stop within 48 hours. Needless to say i never went back. Horrible Er and staff.
